CSR Bilingual (English & Spanish) or Licensed P&C Agent in Herndon, VA
A growing local insurance agency is actively searching for an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Rep (preferably with license) or licensed (P&C) insurance sales agent to join our team. The new team member will provide customer service in person, over the phone, and via email to facilitate and resolve client service requests in a timely manner. This person should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, energetic, and have excellent customer service skills. Compensation highly based on experience. Third-party assessment provided.
Monday-Friday 9-5pm. No weekends. PTO and most Federal Holidays paid.
Bonus based on performance. NO cold calling required.
Commission (up to 40%) possible once set goals and requirements are met.
Language: Excellent English/Spanish skills required (written and verbal)
On-the-job training provided - extremely stable industry
